Local music historian to be inducted into the Walk of Fame
It's a local honor that hasn't been awarded to anyone in four years, but this weekend the West Texas Walk of Fame, formerly the Buddy Holly Walk of Fame, will add a new name. Civic Lubbock chooses music historian and author Bill Griggs for the recognition. He's lived in Lubbock nearly 30 years, almost as long as the Walk of Fame's been in existence.
